THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKPLACE RESILIENCE AND TEACHER PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect organizational commitment on relationship between workplace resilience and teacher professional identity. Utilizing quantitative, non-experimental design via correlational technique, data were obtained from 300 respondents who are public elementary school teachers three national high schools in province Davao Del Sur. researcher utilized a stratified random sampling technique an online survey mode collection. also statistical tools mean, Pearson r, Medgraph using Sobel z-test. From results study, it found out that there is very level mean score for resilience, identity commitment.
